We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Success Strategist to join our team at iO, a global digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions and enterprises. As a key member of our success team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our product to the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will engage with our customers to build an effective strategic partnership by driving and executing expansion and adoption activities.
  • You will demonstrate technical best practices and build new relationships to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) through expansion and success planning activities.
  • You will work closely with our Chief Product Officer to develop strategies that align with our company goals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the finance and digital assets market.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team.
