Production Operations Specialist

As a Production Operations Specialist - Email & Push Marketing at Audible, you will be part of the EU Marketing Operations team, supporting 5 countries (DE, ES, FR, IT, UK).
The role is based in Berlin and involves building and preserving trusting relationships with customers.
In this position, you will focus on establishing Outbound (email and push) flows and experiences, from creation to monitoring and continuous improvement.
The position is a 12-month contract.
About You
You are passionate about testing campaigns and have relevant experience from previous roles.
As a Production Operations Specialist - Email & Push Marketing, you will:
- Create outbound email and push templates and campaigns, including testing, personalization, and targeting as briefed by marketing stakeholders
- Update, manage, and optimize automated email campaigns and multitouch customer journeys
- Work with marketers to improve project processes and projects through recommendations based on what has worked well before
- Advocate for personalization across all customer touchpoints using internal and external technology
- Help identify opportunities for efficiency by automating processes
