Fixed Term EU Business Strategy Manager

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position within LG Electronics, reporting to the EU Business Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of mid-to-long-term business strategies for the EU region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical support for the development and implementation of business strategies, including creating strategy reports and following up on key initiatives from strategy/performance consensus meetings.
  • Execute 3C (customer, competitor, company) analysis-based tasks, gathering and analyzing relevant information to develop sound forecasts in support of business plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and tasks, including task management and self-motivated commitment to develop strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with related organization personnel in Korea headquarters and relevant organizations/partners in European countries.

Requirements

  • This position is a replacement for an employee on parental leave and has a fixed-term contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning/business planning is preferred.
  • Strategic report writing and Excel analysis experience is required.
  • Excellent business English and Korean (written & spoken) skills are essential.
  • Good level of another foreign language, especially German, would be preferred.
  • Passion for work, clear communication, project management skills, and well-organized/analytical skills are highly valued.
