EU Heating Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating Product Manager to join our team at LG Electronics. As a key member of our EU Air Solutions Business, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our heating product strategy in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Business Strategy: Collaborate with our Subsidiaries' Product Directors and Sales Leaders to define and execute a comprehensive business strategy that drives growth and improves our position in the European AWHP market.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the development of our heating product portfolio, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers and stays ahead of the competition.
- Monitor Sales and Project Management: Regularly review sales and project management performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
- Report Business Progress: Provide regular updates to our EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Business Top Management on business performance and progress against key objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop a go-to-market strategy to improve heating channel penetration and drive sales growth.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Evaluate new opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and develop cross-functional aligned tactics to drive business growth.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor key market trends in Europe and collaborate with our HQ to define and implement robust product development processes and practices.
- Marketing Activities: Develop marketing activities plans (ATL, BTL) with our Subsidiaries, collaborating closely with Sales Teams and HQ to develop customer-centric communication assets.
- Business Relationship Development: Enhance business relationships with Key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management for future business opportunities and increase sales revenue/profitability.
- Partnership Development: Build up partnership with a boiler manufacturer to develop a hybrid product range to be launched and promoted through the heating sales channels.
- Academic Background: Engineering or Business Administration degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in Sales / Marketing / Engineering in B2B related industry.
- Industry Experience: Preferably relevant experience in heating or air conditioning related business field.
- Communication Skills: Good understanding of B2B marketing, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and excellent ability to communicate with various functions and levels of organization and customers.
