Job Title: EU Heating Product Manager

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies in coordination with Subsidiaries' Product Directors and Sales Leaders to improve LG's position in the European AWHP market.
  • Lead the organization to define the business scheme and infrastructure to enhance business growth, focusing on the heating segment.
  • Monitor sales and project management development on a regular basis, communicating closely with Subsidiaries' Product Directors and Heating dedicated staff.
  • Regularly report business progress to the EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Business Top Management.
  • Analyze and establish the go-to-market strategy to improve heating channel penetration, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks, including turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics.
  • Monitor key market trends in Europe and, in close relationship with HQ, define and follow robust product development processes and practices resulting in higher product competency in the European heating market.
  • Develop marketing activities' plans (ATL, BTL) with Subsidiaries, collaborating closely with Sales Teams and HQ to develop customer-centric communication assets.
  • Enhance the business relationship with Key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management for future business opportunities and increase sales revenue/profitability.
  • Build up partnership with a boiler manufacturer to develop a hybrid product range to be launched and promoted through the heating sales channels.
Your Qualifications:
  • Academic background in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in Sales / Marketing / Engineering in B2B related industry.
  • Preferably relevant experience in heating or air conditioning related business field.
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent ability to communicate with various functions and levels of organization and customers.
