Strive is a venture-backed AI-driven e-commerce vendor that has recently launched its commercial team in Germany. We're seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our product and building strong relationships with new customers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with our leadership team to drive growth.

Strive has secured $5.5M in funding at Seed and is backed by Tier 1 VCs. We're a rapidly growing company with a presence in DACH and broader EMEA, serving a number of Fortune 500 customers. Our AI platform offers rapid and seamless deployment, with customers seeing ROI within the first week of deployment.

The Role & Package Details

We offer a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office per week, flexible working hours, and uncapped commissions. You'll have the opportunity to be part of the founding team and play a pivotal role in our organization's growth. We have a clear progression path and offer a competitive package with individual bonuses.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of four stages: a call with HR, a meeting with the VP of Sales and another team member, a face-to-face meeting with the VP of Sales, and a final call to discuss the offer.
