Business Development Manager

Our flagship product, ChoViva, is the world's first 100% cocoa-free chocolate, boasting a delightful snap, smooth melt, and subtle sweetness. It's natural, gluten-free, vegan, and crafted with only seven ingredients, making it a game-changer in the industry.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, nurturing relationships, and ensuring they receive the right information at the right time to commit to our ChoViva and sign a contract.
You'll work closely with our CEO and Lead Sales & Partnerships to write offers and convert customers. Your tasks will include:
- Account Management: Coordinate technological, marketing, and production requirements with our internal teams.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, milestones, and targets.
- Work with multinational customers in challenging technical, regulatory, and political environments.
- Support customers by positioning ChoViva within their existing product portfolio.
- Increase volumes with existing customers.
- Define a general business development strategy with our CEO and Head of Sales, breaking it down to single customers.
We're looking for someone with a passion for food, innovation, and sustainability. You'll need:
- Relevant work experience in account-, project-, or customer success management.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and native-level German.
- Permission to work in Germany.
