Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our integrated B2B marketing and communication strategy, driving business success and strengthening our unique brand proposition in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including trade shows and other critical touch points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute communication strategies for key target audiences.
  • Drive digital communication channels, including our company website and social media, to enhance attraction, relevance, and talkability.
  • Safeguard our communication standards, branding guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Lead and develop the marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business with a focus on marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing and communication, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, with a strong focus on talent development and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Self-starter with a structured and hands-on approach, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
