Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing our integrated B2B marketing and communication strategy to drive business success and strengthen our unique brand proposition in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operational marketing activities, including the selection and orchestration of global trade shows and other critical touch points.
  • Plan and implement communication for key target audiences and relevant communication channels, including internal and external stakeholders, media, and communication campaigns.
  • Drive digital communication channels, such as our company website and social media, to increase attraction, relevance, and talkability.
  • Safeguard our communication standards, branding guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Lead and develop the marketing and communications team to ensure they have future-fit capabilities.
  • Report directly to one of our presidents and shape our culture through communication as a key driver.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business with a focus on marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing and communication, with a strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on communication and collaboration.
  • Strong skills in communicating in German and English, with the ability to deliver clear and impactful messages for complex topics.
  • Self-starter with a structured and hands-on approach, with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Pro-active in dealing with challenges and change, with the ability to positively impact the team and the wider corporate culture.
  • High level of ethical standards and integrity.
