Head of Global Marketing Strategy

Job Title: Head of Global Marketing Communication

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global marketing and communication strategy to drive business success and strengthen our unique brand proposition in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategic, tactical, and operational marketing activities, including the selection and orchestration of global trade shows and other critical touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for key target audiences and relevant communication channels, including internal and external stakeholders, media, and communication campaigns.
  • Drive the development and implementation of our digital communication channels, including our company website and social media, to increase attraction, relevance, and talkability.
  • Safeguard our communication standards, branding guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Lead our marketing and communications team and continuously develop their future-fit capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business with a focus on marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing and communication, with a strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Highly skilled in communicating in German and English, with the ability to deliver clear and impactful messages for complex topics.
  • Self-starter with a structured and hands-on approach, with an eye for detail, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to play to win in a team.
