**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SAP Digitalization Lead to join our team at WWK Lebensversicherung a. G. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation through the effective implementation of SAP digitalization strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advise internal customers on process digitalization in the ERP environment, leveraging your expertise in SAP ERP processes and technologies.
  • Select and implement new market solutions or extensions to drive business efficiency and innovation.
  • Initiate, plan, and manage new IT projects and studies, collaborating with specialist departments and internal units.
  • Participate in the development of the new SAP S/4 HANA architecture and integrate on-premise solutions with SAP Cloud Platform Services.
  • Support the SAP development team with technical topics, ensuring seamless integration and operation of applications.
  • Ensure the operation and availability of your application portfolio, managing external IT service providers and optimizing service processes.

**Requirements**

  • Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable vocational training in the IT environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in SAP ERP processes and technologies, preferably in finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Experience in advising customers on IT solutions for technical requirements, with a focus on sustainable thinking.
  • Familiarity with basic cloud technologies, SaaS, and IaaS models.
  • Proficiency in the ABAP Objects programming language, with practical experience in applying it to real-world topics.
  • Able to work independently, with a structured and analytical approach, and excellent communication skills (fluent German and English).
