About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our SAP S/4HANA transformation and digitalization projects for financial institutions. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects for financial institutions, including process re-engineering, system implementation, and change management.
  • Develop and implement digitalization strategies to improve business processes and operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP S/4HANA and digitalization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and digitalization projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
