Wolt is a high-growth technology company seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the development of scalable and efficient integrations with merchants through POS/MWP partners.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for building and managing a team, processes, and functional expertise to drive merchant growth. The successful candidate will dive into local countries, understand merchant needs, and the landscape of POS/MWP providers in those markets. In Europe and Asia, the market is highly fragmented, requiring the ability to build numerous integrations with key partners quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, excellent program management and cross-functional leadership skills, and experience in business systems, product management, operations, and process improvement at high-growth technology startups or well-established companies.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000, a long-term incentive plan, hybrid working environment, and the opportunity to be part of building something exceptional in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate technology options, solutions, and providers for best APIs and capabilities, define integration plans, and map out partners in each country.
  • Influence country teams to invest in increasing share of high-quality integrated merchants, setting priorities together with the countries.
  • Engage with country teams & product partnerships to discover and prioritize opportunities related to POS/MWP partners.
  • Champion integrations as a solution to problems, work with Product to gauge impact, and design potential integration-based solutions.
  • Ensure all key integrations have the highest possible quality and day-to-day outcomes.
  • Design and document operational processes and solutions around integrations producing efficient, scalable, and high-quality results.
  • Lead impactful, cross-functional initiatives to deliver step-change improvements in performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in business systems, product management, operations, and process improvement.
  • Highly proficient in systems and product integrations, technical product/account management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce, or commercial platforms and related technologies.
  • Excellent program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal comms.
  • Bias for action, results-oriented, and ownership mindset.
