Sales Director

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales Director to join our team at WH-Elektronik. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our management team
• Plan, manage, and control sales targets and initiatives
• Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
• Acquire and manage customer relationships across Europe
• Build and maintain a strong sales network and customer base
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Lead, develop, and motivate sales team members
• Develop and present sales materials, proposals, and presentations
• Document and report sales activities and results
• Manage sales projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as business or economics. You will also need to have several years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.

You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with e-commerce tools, particularly presentation software. As a leader, you will need to have strong leadership skills, team management abilities, and the ability to motivate and develop your team members.
