We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales Director to join our team at WH-Elektronik. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our executive team
- Plan, manage, and control sales targets and initiatives
- Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts
- Acquire and manage customer relationships across Europe
- Build and maintain a strong sales network and customer base
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Lead, develop, and motivate sales team members
- Develop and present sales materials, proposals, and presentations
- Document and report sales activities and results
- Manage projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. You should also have several years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. Proficiency in MS Office and E-Commerce tools is also required.
