Role Overview

As a Working Student in the oneSAP Project Communication, you will play a vital role in enhancing team collaboration and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing (virtual) team-building events to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Content Creation: Conduct interviews and write articles for internal communication platforms, ensuring engaging and informative content.
  • Platform Management: Oversee various communication channels, including the Intranet and oneSAP Community, utilizing tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Webex, Slido, and Miro boards.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and edit training materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all content.
  • Creative Design: Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials that align with the Infineon brand identity.
  • Global Engagement: Participate in international change management initiatives, contributing to projects across multiple Infineon locations.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team Player: An open-minded individual who thrives in collaborative settings.
  • Creative Mindset: Passionate about writing and content creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Long-Term Commitment: Availability to work for a minimum of 2 years, ensuring continuity and growth within the team.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
