Role Overview

As a Working Student in the oneSAP Project Communication, you will play a vital role in enhancing team collaboration and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Planning: Assist in organizing and executing virtual team events to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Content Creation: Conduct and draft interviews and articles for internal communication platforms.
  • Platform Management: Oversee various communication channels, including the Intranet and oneSAP Community, utilizing tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Webex, Slido, and Miro boards.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and record training materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Creative Design: Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and visual content that aligns with the Infineon brand.
  • Global Engagement: Participate in international change management initiatives across multiple Infineon locations.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team Player: Open-minded and enthusiastic about collaborative work.
  • Creative Interests: Passionate about writing and innovative content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Long-Term Commitment: Available for at least two years as a student, ensuring continuity and growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
