Student Position: oneSAP Project Communication

Are you a motivated and innovative student? This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your communication skills in a vibrant and global setting. As part of the oneSAP Change Management, Communication, and Training team at Infineon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in facilitating digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborative Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing virtual team events to foster teamwork.
  • Content Creation: Conduct interviews and write engaging articles for our internal Intranet.
  • Platform Management: Oversee various communication platforms, including the Intranet and oneSAP Community, utilizing tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Webex, Slido, and Miro boards.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and record training modules, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Creative Design: Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and artwork that align with the Infineon brand.
  • Global Change Management: Participate in international change management initiatives across multiple Infineon locations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Field of Study: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team Player: Open-minded and enthusiastic about collaborative work.
  • Creative Interests: Passionate about writing and expressing ideas creatively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Commitment: Available for at least two years in a student capacity, ensuring a long-term collaboration.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time work is available during the academic semester, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
