Deine Aufgaben- Einbringung von Betriebskenntnissen und der notwendigen technischen Expertise in Projekte
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anlagentechnik/Betriebsabläufe in der Fachdisziplin unter Berücksichtigung des Gesamtobjektbetriebs
- Auswahl, Beauftragung und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern im Regel-Service-Betrieb über alle Service Levels
- Fachspezifische Ausarbeitung von Instandhaltungs- und Projektplanungsprozessen (Jahres- und MTP-Planung) für den Service Manager
- Fremdfirmenkoordination gemäß den Konzernrichtlinien (Sicherstellung von Arbeitsschutz und Brandschutz im Rahmen von bestimmten Richtlinien)
- Überprüfung und Abnahme der beauftragten Leistungen
- Sicherstellung der Ablage von Betriebsdokumenten (Prüfzertifikate, Abnahmedokumente, …)
- Einleitung und Steuerung von Maßnahmen für Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz am Standort mit Hilfe der entsprechenden Organisation Corporate Health and Security (CHS)
- Weitergabe und Weiterentwicklung von Know-how in seinem Fachgebiet
- min. 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und entsprechende Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich der Gefahrenmeldeanlagen
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Rahmen der Fachsaubildung im Gebäudebetrieb eines technologisch anspruchsvollen Industrieunternehmens
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Konzeption von Anlagen/Leistungen im Bereich der Gefahrenmeldeanlagen
- Erstellung von Leistungsspezifikationen, fachspezifischen Ausschreibungen und deren Beschaffung
- Kenntnisse der fachspezifisch einschlägigen Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften
- Umgang mit den Regelwerken der Elektrotechnik (VDE-Regelwerken, MPrüfVO, DGUV-V3 etc.)
