Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Procurement Controlling department at the Oberkochen site.

The Procurement Controlling department is responsible for planning and controlling all requirements in the service creation process, focusing on determining procurement and personnel requirements to increase efficiency and optimize the operational service creation process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Controlling team
  • Participate in the operational planning process for the Procurement division
  • Determine personnel and procurement requirements
  • Report, evaluate, and control inventories
  • Support Procurement in realizing purchasing successes
  • Conduct target/actual analyses to safeguard operational targets
  • Determine cash out from procurement processes
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements
  • Ensure regular reporting on financial performance indicators of the divisions

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable
  • Several years of experience in finance
  • Experience in purchasing controlling
  • Experience in determining requirements for procurement and personnel
  • Good knowledge of cost accounting
  • Good knowledge of SAP R/3/S4/HANNA
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Assertiveness and good communication skills
  • Business fluent German and English skills
