Investment Associate, Private Equity Professional, Munich, Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. Our client is a leading investment firm focusing on majority deals in the small cap space across the DACH region.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on all aspects of the deal life cycle, from origination through analysis and execution to closing. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, management of due diligence workstreams, and portfolio management and monitoring.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in investment banking (M&A) or consulting, an exceptionally strong academic background, and top financial modelling skills. Fluency in German and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior team members on deal origination, analysis, and execution
- Manage due diligence workstreams and financial analysis
- Contribute to portfolio management and monitoring
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in investment banking (M&A) or consulting
- Exceptionally strong academic background
- Top financial modelling skills and analytical skills
