Operations Manager, Private Equity Investor, Munich, Germany

Our client is a reputable private equity firm with a strong track record of success. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and contribute to the growth and development of their portfolio companies.
As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing all business operations, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration with senior management and employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive long-term value creation for the portfolio company
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supporting the executive team in developing and executing performance improvement plans
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in management consulting and strong financial and operational expertise. You should have a natural affinity for the smaller to mid-sized target market and be able to work independently, develop solutions, and implement them. Native-level German and very good English skills are required. Travel to the portfolio company is essential.
