Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Geschäftsführerrolle in Projekten mit Fokussetzung auf Zielgruppen-Erweiterung/Retargeting,. für die Entwicklung, Definition und Umsetzung des Retail Media Offsite-Produktportfolios
  • Übernahme der Produktmanagerrolle für die Definition und Umsetzung einer gesamtheitlichen Lösung bezogen auf Retail Media Offsite (Fokus Google Shopping/Google Display Ads)
  • Cross-divisionale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der MMS Holding, insb. E-Commerce, User Experience, Tech, Legal, Sales, um die Realisierung und den Rollout in unsere elf Ländergesellschaften für Retail Media bezogene Produkte sicherzustellen
  • Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Projekten im Bereich Retail Media anhand von Geschäftswert sowie Kunden-/Marktanforderungen
  • Spezifizierung von Anforderungen (Requirement Engineering) in enger Abstimmung mit den Tech-Fachbereichen und Geschäftspartnern
  • Durchführung von komplexen Projekten inkl. Stakeholder-Management & Risikomanagement sowie Nachhalten des Projektfortschritts und Zielerreichung des Produktrollouts

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement / Produktmanagement und tiefere Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Commerce, digitale Werbung / digitale Produkte
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Digital Advertising sowie der damit verbundenen Markttrends
  • Erfahrung in agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (. Kanban, SCRUM, Lean) sowie klassischem Projektmanagement (Wasserfall)
  • Konstruktive, lösungs- und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit klarem Kundenfokus sowie gute Kooperations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
