We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team at ChannelEngine. This team drives revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimizing key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and manage training programs that equip employees and new joiners with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to excel in their positions.
- Create and curate content such as training materials, playbooks, best practices, and sales and CSM collateral to guide colleagues in their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and craft effective solutions.
- Manage partner engagement through our Learning Management System, creating and maintaining materials that cater to our valued partners.
- Support the Sales Team in managing sales policy documentation, ensuring compliance, and driving adoption across the department.
- Bachelor's degree or similar education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years' experience in a sales enablement role within a SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement practices.
- Proficiency in creating and managing engaging training materials and programs.
- Familiarity with partner engagement strategies and practices.
- Experience with CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Currently living in (or close to) Leiden, or Berlin.
- A thorough onboarding process to get you familiar with ChannelEngine, our processes, and tools.
