About the Role
SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to working on Artificial Intelligence topics. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting the team in all aspects of research, including planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative studies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of research studies, including interviews, media analysis, and surveys
- Collaborate with team members to understand research requirements and objectives
- Apply foresight approach to identify future trends and create scenarios
- Analyze and interpret data using various research methods and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Support the preparation and presentation of research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Computer skills: MS office, video/audio editing skills are a plus, as is experience in online collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, etc.
- Language skills: Strong communication and language skills, both written and verbal in English and German
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to summarize and interpret research findings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcome challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
