The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Munich. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for Adobe's Experience Cloud business.

The Challenge

The Adobe Experience Cloud is a leading portfolio of marketing and customer experience technology. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to cross-sell to existing Experience Cloud customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound Adobe Experience Manager leads, identifying their needs and qualifying potential opportunities
  • Focus on contacting and qualifying prospects in existing Experience Cloud customers' accounts to achieve/exceed demand generation targets
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, helping to address their needs and challenges
  • Generate high-quality pipeline with the propensity to close, qualified using Adobe's chosen sales methodology
  • Work to individual quota, achieve SLAs for MQLs
  • Proactively work with the Adobe ecosystem
  • Manage all CRM activity relating to your accounts
  • Effectively utilize a variety of channels and tools to engage with customers
  • Act as an ambassador for Adobe at all times
  • Ensure compliance with Adobe tools usage and processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in sales/business development with knowledge of SaaS applications, particularly content management
  • Exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Proven personal success in sales or deep working knowledge of sales cycle processes
  • Strong understanding of business and how company management makes buying decisions
  • Ability to quickly pick up new technologies such as CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Care about Adobe's customers' best interests and act as an internal advocate for the Business Development Group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills
  • Fluency in English and German
