About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Growth Lead to join our team at SumUp. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our new venture products, including Online Store, Invoices, and Lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new venture products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and set ambitious targets.
  • Develop and test growth hack ideas, set priorities for the team, and evaluate the delivery of growth initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, and communicate insights to the product team to inform growth opportunities.
  • Measure the success of growth initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth roles, or product marketing.
  • Experience in setting up, leading, and evaluating complex projects, including resource planning and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in developing GTM strategies and executing growth campaigns across performance marketing, CRM, retail, and partnership channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to develop business cases and make swift assessments.
  • Leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams and a strong ability to foster a culture of open, constructive feedback.
