Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and Learning Development

Job Mission:
As a key member of the Kia Europe team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the company's strategy for dealer profitability and learning development.
The Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and Learning Development will be responsible for developing and executing plans to improve dealer profitability, as well as designing and implementing learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dealers and their staff.

Your Responsibilities:
- PBV - Platform Beyond Vehicle: Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer profitability, including the deployment of new technologies and processes.
- Dealer Profitability: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving dealer profitability, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Dealer Systems: Design and implement learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dealers and their staff, including training on new technologies and processes.
- Learning & Development: Develop and implement learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dealers and their staff, including training on new technologies and processes.
- Secure successful definition, deployment and tracking of ongoing and future Kia Europe Channel projects and Channel related projects
Your Talents:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on DND, LCV, Sales, or After Sales. At least 4 years of experience in a National Sales Company (NSC) is essential, with significant field and LCV experience being highly desirable. International HQ network implementation experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a strategic mindset. You are highly organized, a team player, and an effective negotiator. You possess strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
