About the Role
The Voith Group is a global technology company with a broad portfolio of systems, products, services, and digital applications. As a Master Scheduler, you will be part of the Division Hydro team, supporting the company's growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules by integrating inputs from all functions, units, and third parties contributing to the project.
- Provide schedule status updates to the Project Manager and other project members, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct schedule analysis to identify project risks and opportunities, collaborating with the project team to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare critical path analyses and work with multiple critical and near-critical paths to ensure accurate project execution.
- Align with the cost-controlling function to ensure clear alignment between cost and schedule.
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering or a comparable field, with several years of professional experience in planning and/or controlling.
- At least 7 years of experience in project planning as part of a project team.
- Proficient in applying planning control principles, including WBS, critical path, progress, and OTD.
- Experience with planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera, including interfaces with cost control and workload management.
- Fluent in Portuguese, with proficiency in this language being essential for communicating with clients and partners.
