About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, integrating inputs from various functions, units, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using planning control principles and tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify project risks and opportunities, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide schedule status updates to the Project Manager and other project members.
  • Communicate schedule status to suppliers and third parties.
  • Conduct schedule analysis to optimize execution and align with cost-controlling function.
Your Profile
  • Degree in engineering or a comparable field, with several years of professional experience in planning and/or controlling.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project planning as part of a project team.
  • Proficient in applying planning control principles (WBS, critical path, progress and OTD).
  • Experience with planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera, including interfaces with cost control and workload management.
  • Familiarity with German language is not required but knowledge of Portuguese is essential for communication with clients and partners.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving attitude, strong team spirit, critical analysis of available data, rigor and transparency and the ability to contribute to decision-making processes.
What We Offer

As a Project Scheduler at Voith Group, you can expect a competitive salary package ranging between €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
