About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of enterprise clients, leveraging all available resources to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Pre-Sales team, Sales, and other stakeholders to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and lead generation targets
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of enterprise clients
  • Lead generation and scheduling introduction meetings with prospects
  • Qualify leads through an extensive STX Next discovery process
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Overall management of the pre-sales relationship with prospects
  • Plan and define activities to reach individual and team KPIs
  • Lead business trips to visit prospective clients and attend conferences
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of proven and successful data-driven lead generation and sales results in IT services and/or products
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB/Corporate sectors
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Prospecting and networking skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to take ownership of diversified projects within the Sales Department
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through/follow-up
  • Experience in working with prospects and clients from the DACH Region
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing
  • Fluent in German and English
