Your Mission
  • Steer and Develop Lighthouse Projects: You will be responsible for scoping, prioritizing, and implementing projects that drive strategic growth for UnternehmerTUM in Heilbronn. Your proactive efforts will drive various initiatives within our dynamic team.
  • Manage Stakeholders and Partners: You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, partners, and academics to structure and prioritize their needs, contributing to content shaping and enhancing partnerships.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: You will prepare comprehensive reports for leadership, the supervisory board, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate insights for strategic decision-making. You will also design and implement efficient reporting processes.
  • Talent Assessment and Development: You will participate in assessing talents and startup teams to identify strategic projects for further development of UnternehmerTUM offerings.
Your Profile
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, or natural sciences, with strong organizational skills and high social competence. Initial professional experience in project management or business analysis is desirable.
  • Skills and Abilities: A high level of goal orientation, ability to coordinate and lead complex projects, experience in collaborating with stakeholders, finding joint solutions, and creating win-win situations. Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, and motivation to work in a dynamic team.
