Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies and tactics based on our international and regional strategic marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate brand management in the continuous glucose monitoring (Diabetes) area for the DACH region
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies and tactics based on the international and regional strategic marketing plans
- Prepare and successfully execute product launches
- Monitor and control marketing activities, interpret data, and derive measures
- Continuously observe the market and competition
- Close cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and international Marketing teams
- Close cooperation with opinion leaders
- Close collaboration with external agencies
- Participation in national and international congresses
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field with a focus on Marketing and/or Communication
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical/medical technology sector
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management, creation and implementation of marketing plans, and control of marketing measures
- Experience in managing communication agencies
- Self-motivation and independent, solution-oriented work
- Strong communication skills and a self-reliant and team-oriented working style
- Open, creative, and a 'networker'
- High customer orientation
- Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel nationally/internationally (approx. 40%)
- Proficient MS-Office skills
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm
