Unser Unternehmen verfügt über neun spezialisierte Agenturen, die sich auf verschiedene Aspekte der Personalberatung konzentrieren. Wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Partnern zusammen, um exklusive IT-Expertinnen und Experten sowie Programmiererinnen und Programmierer zu vermitteln.

Wir suchen eine ausgewiesene Associate Client Consultantin, die unser Tech-Markt alphacoders bei der Kundenbetreuung unterstützt. Als Teil des Teams wirst du aktiv am Aufbau unserer Beziehungen zu Kunden beteiligt sein.

Aufgaben
  • Du bereitest Kick-Off-Meetings und Briefings vor und unterstützt bei deren Durchführung.
  • Du bist zuständig für die Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden während des gesamten Auftrags.
  • Du stellst geeignete Kandidaten vor.
  • Du koordinierst dich mit den Candidate Consultants und integrierst deren Feedback in den Prozess.
  • Du baust Wissen über den Kandidatenmarkt und die Branche auf.
Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein Studium abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung gemacht.
  • Du bist kreativ, flexibel und gleichzeitig gut organisiert sowie eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du bringst ein gutes Maß an Überzeugungskraft mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du besitzt mehr als nur grundlegende Internetkenntnisse.
