We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team in Hamburg. As a key member of the global PMO & Cross Package Support competence group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our service deliverables.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in consulting, bid management or strategic planning, with a solid understanding of the offshore wind market. They will be responsible for advising on German and other global auctions, identifying strategic clients and services, and managing execution of scope by steering subject matter experts.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Advise on German and other global auctions with technical concept design, site ranking, cost modelling, scheduling, understanding regulatory framework, support in bid writing, competitive analysis, and strategic advice
  • Identify strategic clients and services to advance around upcoming auctions
  • Understand client's needs, plan scope with view to value creation for client, incl. putting together a fitting internal team
  • Manage execution of scope by steering subject matter experts, coordinate and review work products

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, bid management or strategic planning
  • Solid knowledge about framework, players, and dynamics of offshore wind market
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
  • Ability to develop, implement and improve business processes
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a structured approach to solving problems
  • Open minded, team-oriented, self-driven, pro-active, and assertive
  • Client oriented approach
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions that advance company goals and objectives

Earning Potential

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
