Join Our Team as a Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for processing deviations and change controls, representing the division in team rooms, creating product specification files, and acting as a contact person for manufacturing areas and the quality unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing of deviations and change controls in the context of production, testing, and storage of cell banks, drug substances, and drug products
  • Representation of the division in team rooms for deviations and change controls
  • Creation of product specification files for BI (own development products)
  • Acting as contact person for manufacturing areas and the quality unit of the Innovation Unit
  • Support of improvement projects within the teams Quality Germany, Biopharma, and at the interface to the Innovation Unit
Requirements
  • Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably with a focus on natural sciences, or equivalent professional training, including relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the production or testing of biological active ingredients/products
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of the quality processes Deviation, Investigation, CAPA, and the underlying GMP regulations
  • Knowledge of electronic systems for recording quality events
  • Ability to work independently and purposefully, even in complex situations
