Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist at HYDRO Systems KG.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a metalworking professional to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform function and load tests of various products
  • Operate load test stands
  • Assemble and disassemble test setups on the load test stand
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems
  • Conduct type tests of initial equipment
  • Support in the preparation of product-specific test instructions
  • Record deviations in quality notifications using SAP
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the field of metal or similar competencies acquired in practice
  • First work experience in mechanical engineering industry with machining, welding, assembly, and testing
  • Good understanding of force flows and initial experience with hydraulic systems
  • Confident handling of drawings
  • Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system
  • Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
