Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join our team at NDC Tek in Germany. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will play a crucial role in leading the deployment and development of solutions in the provision of ServiceNow as a platform for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement, improve, and document complex program solutions and extensions for external customers.
  • Accompany and implement new solutions and projects from conception through all phases of the project lifecycle, significantly involved in the strategic decision-making process.
  • Support IT experts with IT concepts based on customer requirements.
  • Lead the deployment and development of solutions in the provision of ServiceNow as a platform.
  • Conduct independent research on current specialist topics or new technologies and contribute creative ideas.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in developing applications and scripts, familiar with Python and Ruby, and comfortable working on Linux servers.
  • Familiarity with several of the following topics: MariaDB, APM, CSM, versioning, test automation, CI CD, documentation.
  • Experience in security best practices.
  • Lives the agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Questions existing things, analyzes, and observes the market in search of products and solutions that will help us move forward.
