Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer

NDC Tek is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead the deployment and development of solutions in the provision of ServiceNow as a platform for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, improving, and documenting complex program solutions and extensions for external customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions and extensions for external customers
  • Lead the deployment and development of solutions in the provision of ServiceNow as a platform
  • Support IT experts with IT concepts based on customer requirements
  • Conduct independent research on current specialist topics or new technologies and contribute creative ideas
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing applications and scripts, with a strong background in Python and Ruby
  • Familiarity with several ServiceNow topics, including MariaDB, APM, CSM, versioning, test automation, CI CD, and documentation
  • Experience in security best practices and agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Fluent German and English language skills
