Senior Principle Product Manager - ERP Systeme (m/w/d)

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Rahmen der Festanstellung für den Standort München einen Senior Principle Product Manager - ERP Systeme (m/w/d).

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Verantwortung und Gestaltung der Product Roadmap und Release Planung für das Cloud ERP System
  • Verantwortung und Gestaltung der Produktvision und Strategie
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Erstellung von Business Cases
  • Mitgestaltung und Ausarbeitung von Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen
  • Verantwortung für die laufende Optimierung des Kundennutzens zur Sicherstellung des nachhaltigen finanziellen Erfolgs des Produkts
  • Verantwortung für die Definition der Anforderungen für das Produkt mit Festlegung fachlicher Akzeptanzkriterien in Form von Feature innerhalb des Product Backlogs
  • Ansprechpartner mit Entscheidungskompetenz für die Product Owner der Entwicklungsteams in fachlichen Fragen als "Vertreter des Kunden"
  • Unterstützung von Produktmarketing und Vertrieb
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden / Stakeholdern
  • Führung des Produkt-/Projekt betreffende Risikomanagement und Kommunikation mit den relevanten Entscheidern Inhouse und den Stakeholdern zu geeigneten Maßnahmen
  • Präsentationen bei Events
  • Verantwortung für die Ausgestaltung des "whole product" Gedankens für den definierten Bereich (u.a. in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams R&D, Education, Partnermanagement, Vertrieb)
Ihre fachlichen Voraussetzungen:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in mittelständischen Unternehmen entlang der betrieblichen Wertschöpfungskette
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität für IT Projekte und Prozesse
  • Erfahrungen als Key User Inhouse oder als Teil eines internen Projektteams im Bereich einer ERP Einführung
  • Erfahrung im Management eines Software Produkts sowie entsprechende Weiterbildungen im Produktmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
