Product Manager ERP/Backend Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your team to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for our ERP and backend systems
* Take ownership of identifying use cases, solving functional issues, and developing smart features based on insights
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement a prioritized development roadmap
* Ensure system stability and scalability while identifying opportunities for improvement
* Advance process automation and develop efficient interfaces between our ERP and related systems
What You Bring:
* Several years of experience in ERP product management with a deep understanding of systemic product development
* Proficient in defining, managing, and completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication and prioritization skills
* Significant experience in Python or SQL and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo are a strong plus
* Minimum C1 in written and spoken English is mandatory; German knowledge not obligatory, but a plus
