At Plantura, we're revolutionizing the gardening market with a sustainable approach. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our ERP system, making it the central internal data platform. You'll work closely with your team to identify use cases, solve functional issues, and develop smart features based on insights.

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of systemic product development and experience in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints. You'll take ownership of individual modules of our ERP and collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a prioritized development roadmap.

What We're Looking For
  • Several years of in-depth ERP product management experience in a digital environment with direct product responsibility.
  • Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
  • A knack for numbers & Excel, and technical understanding that enables you to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills.
  • Significant experience in Python or SQL and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo are a strong plus.
  • Minimum C1 in written and spoken English is mandatory; German knowledge not obligatory, but a plus.
