Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the CFO and other senior leaders in executing the company's strategy and driving business growth through timely, high-quality financial insights and analysis.

Key Challenges
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships to effectively address customer and business requirements.
  • Proactively assist businesses and functions through analysis and solution proposals.
  • Ensure precise financial forecasting and valuable variance analysis with the support of Treasury, Reporting, and Business leaders.
  • Coordinate larger strategic decision-making processes and responsible for relevant investment business cases.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize financial aspects, including working capital management.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful management reports with detailed analyses and commentaries.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of finance and management accounting, with the ability to analyze, prioritize, and respond to multiple demands on time and resources.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German.
