Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Speira GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to support business development and strategy. This includes:

  • Supporting the head of Group FP&A in delivering financial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Carrying out regular analyses of company performance at Group, plant, and BU level
  • Analysis of business development, considering relevant KPIs such as EBITDA, cash flow, and CAPEX
  • Preparation of ad hoc scenario analyses
  • Independent support and further development of the working capital model
  • Independent preparation and presentation of complex financial analyses
  • Coordination of annual planning and forecasts
  • Continuous improvement and, if necessary, automation of complex processes and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • > 5 years' experience in finance/Business Finance within an industrial business environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced data analytics and visualization skills preferred
  • Experience in reporting tools (e.g. TM1/Cognos or LucaNet) and SAP would be helpful
  • Analytical skills and structural thinking
  • Teamplayer and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Openminded thinking and a positive attitude
  • Business-fluent German and English
