Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead international projects in the sports and group travel sector, from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, providing coaching and guidance to junior project leads in collaboration with team and department leadership.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with external partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the travel or event industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
