Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CRM-Projekten und -Kampagnen
  • Orchestrierung von CRM-Projekten und -Kampagnen zur Begeisterung und Bindung von Interessenten und Kunden
  • Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und den Einsatz von CRM-Kanälen wie Newsletter, E-Mail-Marketing, In-App-Benachrichtigungen und In-Car-Kommunikation
  • Internationales Projektmanagement im Automotive-Sektor mit direktem Kundenkontakt und hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
Voraussetzungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Marketing, Kommunikation oder (Betriebs-)Wirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung in der Steuerung von CRM-Projekten
