About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at TUI. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing technical support and assistance to our customers.
About You
- Vocational qualification in IT systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with systems handling tourist core processes, production & distribution systems.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT customer service.
- Good understanding of system processes and contexts.
- Pronounced quality awareness.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Good social and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and agile learner.
- Good communication skills in German and English (oral and written) - French is welcome.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
