About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at TUI. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing technical support and assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve IT incidents and problems
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of TUI's IT systems and applications
About You
- Vocational qualification in IT or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and applications
