Job Title: International Student Recruiter

Munich Business School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Student Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic recruitment plan to attract top international students to our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a network of recruitment agencies and partners to support international student enrollment goals
  • Represent the university at international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote our programs and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to create and implement a comprehensive international marketing strategy, including online marketing channels and marketing materials
  • Provide training and support to recruitment agencies and partners to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote our programs
  • Serve as a liaison between the admissions office, domestic recruiters, and other university departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Academic degree (minimum bachelor)
  • Experience in international student recruitment and marketing
  • Strong understanding of international education trends and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel internationally for extended periods of time
  • Fluency in English, with working knowledge of German
