Job Summary:
Munich Business School (MBS) is a leading institution in the German-speaking world, dedicated to fostering cosmopolitan, entrepreneurial, and responsible leaders from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking a highly skilled International Student Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our mission of global talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic recruitment network to meet the university's international student enrollment goals, leveraging agencies and MBS alumni.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for counselors, agencies, and other stakeholders, primarily in China, India, and Eastern Europe.
- Train agencies and deliver presentations to their inquiry pool, promoting the university's programs and services.
- Represent the university at international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences, showcasing our academic offerings and expertise.
- Create a comprehensive international marketing strategy, utilizing various online marketing channels and marketing materials to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Office, domestic recruiters, and other academic units to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Academic degree (minimum bachelor's level)
- Experience in international student recruitment, with a focus on working with agencies from target markets such as India, China, Taiwan, and Latin America.
- Proven track record of organizing trade fairs abroad, particularly in Latin America.
- Intercultural experience and sensitivity, with the ability to travel internationally for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with a working knowledge of German.
- EU citizenship and the ability to work in the Munich area.
